About

Specializing in Counseling Supervision

I’m a native North Carolinian, born and raised in Charlotte. I’ve been married for almost 35 years, and we have two grown kids. I’ve spent the past 30 years working as a counselor and supervisor, and I’m licensed here in North Carolina as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work in all kinds of settings—hospitals, private practice, and churches—and even to use my counseling skills overseas in places like China, Albania, and Kenya. These days, I also enjoy teaching counseling and pastoral care at both the graduate and doctoral levels. N.C Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor If you are a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who needs supervision please feel free to reach out to me. What are the fees for services? 15-minute consult, Free 50-minute appointments, $110.00 Do you offer Telehealth Supervision? Yes! Telehealth is an effective and helpful resource for supervision. And it is recognized as “face to face” supervision under 21 NCAC 53 .0212. I use a HIPAA-compliant telehealth site that is simple to use and offers technology for supervisees to share their video recordings. How do I schedule an appointment? Use the client portal to reach out to me. At that time, we will schedule a free consult. Similar to the therapeutic relationship, the Supervisor/Supervisee relationship is an important one where both parties need to feel it is a good fit. Currently, I am only offering Clinical Supervision Services by Telehealth for LCMHCA who are seeking full licensure in North Carolina. At present, I am not seeing counseling clients.
